Deze vooroordelen zijn bijna nooit slecht bedoeld, maar hebben uiteindelijk wel invloed op de veiligheid die jij ervaart op je werk en misschien zelfs op de carri\u00e8rekansen die je hebt.<\/p>\n<p>Hoe sterk zijn zulke vooroordelen? En wat is je eigen verantwoordelijkheid daarin? Houd je zelf ook zulke beelden in stand of ga je er tegenin? En wat kan je organisatie doen om zulke vooroordelen zichtbaar te maken of, nog beter, weg te nemen?<\/p>\n<p>In deze uitzending gaan we op zoek naar een antwoord op deze vragen. Jojanneke van der Toorn zal ieder thema inleiden. Zij is bijzonder hoogleraar Inclusie van Lesbische, Homoseksuele, Biseksuele en Transgender Werknemers op het Werk aan de Universiteit Leiden en tevens universitair hoofddocent sociale en organisatiepsychologie aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Ze bespreekt feiten en fictie rondom stereotypen, bias en intersectionaliteit.
